[PD] restrict pd to one instance

pd/src$ grep -- -new notes.txt
pd to find running ones (pd -new to defeat)
afaik, currently there is no way to tell a running Pd to open a patch
from outside (i mean, without a helper-patch).
(but then i don't use features like clicking on a pd-patch to open it)
