[PD] [polywavesynth] and [polygrainsynth] bug fix

I finally had a chance to play with these, nice work! I just spent a
happy hour by sticking this onto the polywavesynth:

[random 25]
|
[+ 55]
|
and other such simple things. It sounds nice when it's thick
changing layers.
