[PD] problems installing pd-extended on archlinux

That's an odd one, it's not finding very basic functions:

GemPBuffer.cpp:158: error: 'stderr' was not declared in this scope
GemPBuffer.cpp:158: error: 'fprintf' was not declared in this scope
