[PD] [PD-announce] The OtherSide Server is DEAD!

Cool, thanks.  What are the packages in pd-deps.tar for?  I don't  
quite understand that.  Ideally, things would be compiled to not need  
libmpeg1, since libmpeg3 replaces it, AFAIK.
