[PD] beginnings of 'framesync' library

hey all,

I just checked into the SVN the beginnings of a library I am calling  
"framesync".  They are objects for doing sound design that is tied to  
video.  Therefore, things need to be in sync with frame numbers,  
hence the name.  This came out of two projects I did recently, so its  
starting to take shape as a library.
