Here is a link to a patch recently written for the Apéro Codelab #1 in
Nantes and a recording made of this patch in action a few days later
(organization was just too messy during the apéro for us to make a
proper recording of anything ;-)

By the end of the recording, you can hear the Jack audio server jerk and
faint....

I can only recommend playing it not on a stereo/iPod/monitors but on a
pair of vintage Fender tube amps...
