[PD] Music from trees

Has anyone else been involved with a project using an "experimental biogenic interface" (using data from plant phisiology)? I've recently started a project using this idea at University. I'd be interested to hear ideas of how to use this data to create sonic representations. Are any such patches available on the PD website?
