[PD] Vasp: main help file missing

Oops. Yes, meant pd-ext (build from end july 08, the most recent in  
windows). The thing is that I find the VASP-HELP.pd file very helpful.  
Maybe it should be included with the package as well?

Here is the file I mean (from a previous version I had here). Or should I  
send it to H-C, and he puts it in? Aren't you taking care of the help  
files as well?
