[PD] call for testing: Pd-extended 0.41.4

Hey,

I think Pd-extended 0.41.4 is basically ready to release.  Before I  
make a release candidate, I'd love to have some feedback on the  
current nightly builds.  You can find the latest successful builds for  
each platform here:
