are you using this version: http://grrrr.org/ext/beta/macos/pd/ the difference between py and pyext:/ py/ loads Python modules and execute the functions therein;/ pyext/ uses Python classes to represent full-featured message objects. sorry i'm not using mac os x, so i cannot test. pat
