[PD] -nogui troubles on mac

which is the "latest" version of Pd-vanilla for you? 0.42-5?
(i guess it would be good to always use "full" version numbers, so that

i can confirm this with 0.41-4 and 0.42-4 on linux.

i don't have any explanation at hand.
