[PD] Pd-extended 0.41.4 release candidate 2

Sorry to spam, I am not fully awake atm :)

In Pd-0.42.5 there is comes a dialog but only when the abstraction is 
already visible.

If the abstraction is not visible:
- closing the patch, makes the abs visible but no dialog appears
- trying to quit Pd prints "consistency check failed: canvas_vis"
