[PD] Pd-extended 0.41.4 release candidate 2

Hmm, I can't reproduce it with Pd version 0.41.4-extended-rc1 on Mac
OS X 10.5.7/Intel. I attached my test patches, basically, I opened
myabs, modified it, closed it. Then closed test.pd. myabs.pd was
opened, with a prompt to save it.
