[PD] compiling netsend~ in osx 10.5

hello,

I got netsend~ and netreceive~ sources from this website:
http://www.nullmedium.de/dev/netsend~/


when I compile them netreceive~..pd_darwin is created without problem, but netsend~.pd_darwin don`t appear and the terminal show:

ferraris-macbook41:net ferrari$ make pd_darwin
