[PD] Can't compile pd 0.45.2 with jack support

dunno (at first glance i would say unlikely; but on 2nd thought i 
realize that Pd is using an outdated and long deprecated API of jack; so 
indeed Pd might refuse to build against modern versions of jack...)

more important: do you have the devel-packages for libjack installed?
