[PD] Jack CPU usage WAS: Pd-extended 0.41.4-rc3 released!

It seems that when the audio gets turned off, then Pd is still  
executing Jack calls.  After launching Pd, turning off the DSP, then  
off, then this is taking 80% of the time that Pd is running:

+ 81.4%, __bzero, libSystem.B.dylib
