[PD] Los Angeles area PD users group (second attempt)

I emailed the list a while back to try to organize a patching circle in the
LA area to do some brainstorming & problem-solving & to generally share
ideas and approaches. But there wasn't much of a local response at the time.

In the meantime, I've been helping a couple of new PD users get started, &
since we're having semi-regular get-togethers, I thought I'd try to revive
the idea of doing a patching circle/PD user group type of thing.

So if anyone's interested, please let me know.
