[PD] problem windows installer 0.41 release

 From what I remember, those kinds of problems are usually caused by  
Anti-Virus, but the only time I touch Windows is to build Pd, so I am  
not a very reliable source.

Programs should be written for people to read, and only incidentally  
for machines to execute.
