[PD] pd-extended on fluxbuntu

i got fluxbuntu 7.30 (there are no other fluxbuntu versions availables
for download)

unfortunately, pd has dependencies (tcllib, libfftw3-3, etc) that
according to this are "not installable" :(

probably fluxbuntu is very old, but still ...
is there any way to make pd works with this os?
