[PD] Vanilla trig, transcendentals

Here's a little collection I started for a vanilla trig lib.
Rules are...

Only arithmetic, avoid divides if you can, good enough accuracy (3 or 4 terms)

Any more contributions most welcome

Practical uses.. LFOs, distortions, and audio domain control functions where the 
accuracy is less important than efficiency.
