[PD] PureData/GridFlow/where is #labeling?

hey,
I am using the newest version of Gridflow. Now i wasnt able to find
#labeling which is referred to at this link :

is it a function written for some program in pd? does it come with gridflow?
or is it available somewhere on the net??
