[PD] Building PD-extended

Ok, I fixed this issue and committed it to SVN.  So you should be able 
to run the 0.41.4 autobuild on more machines.  I just ran a successful 
build on Ubuntu Netbook Remix Jaunty, which I'll be posting soon.
