[PD] pdj, mxdublin and -schedlib on os x

IIRC, Pd-extended 0.41.4 does not need this patch. Marius is the expert 
on this topic tho.  It might be worth trying a nightly build of 
Pd-extended 0.42.5 if you can't get it going.
