[PD] how to find [r $-0_anyname]

I am looking for a search function to find [send] and [receive] objects
within abstractions that use "$0" at the beginning of the name. 

Ctr+f doesn't find anything even if I replace $0 with the number (for
example 1003) that it actually represents. Any ideas?
