[PD] pd 0.43 branch with the new GUI code

hi hcs, miller,

i've been testing some changes i've made locally 
and i've just noticed in regards to the code 
miller checked into trunk, that it breaks 
autotools which is still attempting to install 
pd-gui (and failing). relevant changes will 
probably need to be made to 'makefile.in' i 
guess..
