[PD] Firewire 800 camera for GEM

The camera also works fine on MacOSX with [pix_video] and [pdp_ieee1394]
(not tested with [#camera]).
My configuration :
MacOSX.4.11
Pd version 0.41.4-extended
GEM: ver: 0.91.3 'tigital'
