[PD] gfsm library doesn´t load + gem (audio/video sync)

Hello list.

The gfsm library doesn´t load and I don´t know why.
Can anybody help me? 
(I´m using PD 0.41.4-extended
running Mac OS X 10.5.6)

I also have a question according to gem.
Is any way to open a video file and  to be able to play the video and the audio of  the file at same time?
