[PD] fast cam

Hi Cyrille, you might wanna try something from
http://www.prosilica.com/products.html

Some models go up to 200fps and still fulfill your resolution requirements,
plus i know Sébastien Roy here at UdM uses them under Ubuntu. Haven't played
with them myself though.
