[PD] send the numbers from 3 atoms to a message object

I don't know if this is exactly what you want.
numbers X Y and Z
Multiply X by 100,Multiply Y by 10
Then add them all together. So you get a three digit number.

or if you just want to print them in a row, try
[pack f f f]|[Print]
