i don't know how well this works for with the new dollarg-expansion code
(within symbols, not only at the beginning).
and anyhow it is unclear what "bla-$@-blu" really means.


as for $$ being available in messages: i don't think this can easily
be done the way things are right know.

and really, i don't think it is that important :-)
