[PD] compiling externals on snow leopard

I forgot. In order to build a Universal, you need to include --
disable-dependency-tracking. So like this:
./configure --disable-dependency-tracking --enable-universal
My guess is that a universal Pd running in 64-bit mode will fail to
load a 32-bit external.
