Sorry sorry,

Yes it does, I was mistyping the path. Plus, I was expecting it to just 
"store" the location for a future bang; so the fact that the window 
popped up with a path other than expected made me think it was treating 
it as a bang (plus not being documented in the help patch).

There is one crazy thing however: if you send it an invalid path, it 
seems it starts browsing from the _patch's_ path (or maybe the current 
path), while when you send it a bang, it starts from the _pd binary_ 
directory; I guess it would be more logical to start from the same 
directory (whatever it is) both with bang and with invalid paths....

At least this happens in windows.
