[PD] win-folks: jack supported by pd-extended?

 I forgot one thing, careful of buffer size (in pd it should be twice jack size)
and samplerate settings (must e the same), and run jack (drivers: portaudio in
qjackctl.exe settings) before starting pd.exe, have fun again, :)
