[PD] pd-extended - where to start from?

The flossmanuals are very good place to start. You can browse the help
files with mtl help browser -> Click help menu -> browser->
5.reference->mtl-> 1.mtlBrowser.pd, this patch classifies help files
in diferent subjects.
