[PD] How can I download the library which contains the t3_timer object

I need to measure the time difference between 2 bangs. 
Excuse my ignorance, but the only way I see is using the t_3 timer object, and in its help menu, I find that ther is a t_3 command that doesn't work on my Pd. I guess there's some kind of library where I can get it.
