[PD] Compiling pd-extended from svn

Hi,

you missed the ladspa dependency of pd-extended. Installing it fixed the
plugin~ error. But the compiling process gets stuck on anaother external
anyway. If i get this bug fixed too and pd-extended finally compiles, i
will send the updated PKGBUILD.
