[PD] Small bug with comment

It's unfortunate, but it's in fact a 'feature' - 1. is a number and all
numbers are printed in their 'simplest' form :)

Also for instance "Pd version 0.40" types out as "Pd version 0.4" so all the
help files I updated for 0.40 say "version 0.40.".
