[PD] Pd-extended 0.42 WinXP: Increase browser, path and startup font size

Hi Lorenzo

Excuse me for asking back instead of providing an answer, but is there a
particular reason you want to use exactly this version? The official
Pd-extended-0.41.4 release as well as the more recent
Pd-extended-0.43-gui-rewrite version both don't suffer from this
problem.

It think, it would be good, if you could test the 0.43 version and
report back, if something is not working as expected, since this is the
current development version.
