[PD] Alias an internal with an abstraction

Could that problem be solved by removing the aliasing feature in the
next release of Pd-vanilla, so that both Pd-extended and Pd-vanilla
would be in sync again?
Is it because I am biased or are there really hardly any voices
advocating that feature?
