[PD] two pix_record (one gemhead) = pd crash

hello jack,

with your patch it crash at the very beginning..
and when changing [codec 3( to [codec 0(
then it crash when [record 1( is send the 2nd time to the 2nd pix_record

maybe is it specific to ubuntu and I have to send additionnal messages to
pix_video or pix_record ?
