might depend on whether you are chaining effects (série) or adding effects 
(parallèle). If what you have can be summarised as two subpatches both 
connected to the same [adc~] and the same [dac~], then you can put each 
subpatch in a different pd instance, and patch the rest with JACK, is that 
right ?
