just like [doc_link].

[doc_link] also underlines the text, and displays a question-mark icon 
next to the link, it highlights its background in yellow from the moment 
it is clicked, until the moment the help is loaded (because some helpfiles 
don't load as fast as some others).

but also, [doc_link] is an abstraction.
