"iemmatrix" is a merge of both matrix handling found in zexy (<1.0) and
iem_matrix.
zexy>=2 has removed the matrix functionality entirely, whereas
iem_matrix has simply been dropped (though not deleted from any repository).
therefore the upstream recommendation is:
- - use iemmatrix
- - upgrade to zexy>=2
- - not use iem_matrix
