[PD] openpanel crash

seems totally it's a 10.6 thing.

funny that this patch is the one that crashes all the time, whereas others
don't really...

but then, as I said, if I create a simple openpanel patch first, trigger it,
it doesnt crash and then I can use this patch with no problem.
