[PD] earplug~ with other HRTF

I haven't used earplug~ for a long time but if I remember correctly it
was loading the HRIR coefficients from a text file, so you can
probably replace them with your own set. Of course it has to be the
same samplerate and length, and probably the same azimuth and
elevations.. There are some other alternatives such as CW_binaural~
using the IRCAM set, but you can probably replace it again, and IEM's
bin_ambi library (binaural through ambisonic virtual loudspeakers
spatialisation). I found CW_binaural~ more effective and the
externalisation was much better, but the IRCAM set sounded more
coloured than the MIT one. It is not in pd-extended yet (check this
list for its release).
