[PD] Release Announcement: PCSLIB for Pure Data

I am pleased to announce the last version of PCSLIB, a library of
external objects for PD that is devoted to Pitch-Class Sets and
Combinatorial Matrices being developed by Pablo Di Liscia and Pablo
Cetta.
