[PD] MIDI In-to-Out Latency

Its possible to track when the message is generated, the issue is with
cubase not being an open system is not possible (in my mind) to check its
arrival with precision.

It can give you some hint/clue about the problem.

That's exactly why I suggested to test the simple patch above, if it is any
of those issues you suspect, it should come up just when using pd and midi.
