With the attached patch I get a bit more than 100ms using Pd version 
0.42.5-extended-20100524 on WinXP with M-Audio Delta 1010LT interface 
MIDI cable connecting In to Out. ASIO is checked in the Media menu. 
Audio delay is also set to 100ms.
