I am using the msgfile to read in and access lines at random and it is a
nice object
(although I wish it would give me the number of lines in a text file)
but AFAIK it cannot be used to DISPLAY text - if I understand the help
file correctly

do you know of something that can display text similar to the [textedit]
object in Max/MSP?
thanks for your help!
