[PD] Automatically Rename an Abstraction?

Maybe you can start with [abstraction $0-1] and [abstraction $0-2]
instead? Or with [abstraction $0 1] and so on. Then if your abstractions
are coded in a way that takes $0 into account, you could just keep
everything the way it is, because Pd automatically assigns a unique
value to $0 in each new patch.
